Impressed by her sparring skills, Grey can’t stop thinking about Adira and her sharp left hook. Luckily, it seems like she’s eager for a rematch, as sparks fly on and off the mat.

Once Adira learns the truth, she knows that she needs to stay away. Grey’s not only lethal, but his specialty is in extracting secrets - by any means necessary. Yet Adira can’t deny that Grey seems to understand her in ways no one else ever has. And while she may be drawn to him, she can’t risk revealing her deepest, darkest secret.
Grey knows Adira is hiding something behind her sharp smile and icy gaze, but he can’t quite figure it out. More than that, she’s the first person who looks at him like she’s not afraid, even though she should be. But before he can dig any deeper, she pushes him away. A good man would let her go; but Grey wasn’t a good man.
